4th Avenue and Van Buren in Germantown
Based on his other properties, Terry Raley, owner of Holland House and The Pharmacy, clearly favors a well-conceptualized and relaxed dining experience—and if it’s in a renovated building, even better. In fall 2014, he’s looking to open his third restaurant, Butchertown Hall, in historic Germantown.

From celebrity chef Jonathan Waxman comes a new restaurant that will have a bar and patio, set to open in early summer 2014.
2312 Elliston Place at the ground floor of Elliston 23 Apartments
Exit/In owners will open a new bar this spring, called Hurry Back, featuring at least 30 beers on tap, most of which will be high-gravity brews and imports.
The Bell Tower

The Bell Tower, a historic-church-turned-music-venue located in SoBro is set to open in November 2014.
