2015 Most Anticipated Restaurant Openings by Neighborhood

5th & Taylor
5th & Taylor will open in Germantown this fall. Executive Chef Daniel Lindley will own this restaurant. He is already well-known for two Chattanooga restaurants, St. John’s Meeting Place and Alleia Restaurant. 5th & Taylor will serve American cuisine and promises impeccable service and great ambiance.

Butchertown Hall
Butchertown Hall is slated to open Fall 2014 in Germantown. Any new restaurant that mentions having a beer garden piques our interest. Butchertown Hall will offer new American food with a German influence, plus 30 beers on tap. We will be releasing more details as they are announced.

Urban Stack
Urban Stack is an “upscale burger and bourbon bar” that originated in Chattanooga. The downtown Nashville location will be the second establishment for Urban Stack. With a unique burger menu and extensive bourbon selection, we think they’ll do just fine here!

Milk & Honey
Milk and Honey is opening on Church Street in downtown Nashville. This is a sweet place serving gelato, paletas (frozen fruit popsicles), craft coffee, and treats like muffins, scones and cookies.

French Landing Brewing Co.
French Landing Brewing Co. is a craft beer brewery that was announced summer 2014. There haven’t been a ton of details released, but we’re excited to have another microbrewery in Nashville! The building is located at 1612 Church Street.

FLIP Burger Boutique
FLIP Burger is a “modern burger boutique,” or what we’re considering a fancier burger joint. Currently, there are three locations in Atlanta and one in Birmingham. The Nashville location will open at 42nd & Charlotte Avenue. This is a unique dining experience with a modern twist on your typical burger joint. We’re looking forward to having FLIP Burger in Nashville.

Avo is a plant-based restaurant concept opening in the Sylvan Heights area of Nashville. They will serve some really good vegan and vegetarian dishes. The ladies behind the new healthy eatery are Jessica Rice from My Poor Tired Liver and Susannah Herring from Hot Yoga Plus.

Biscuit Love Brunch
You’re probably familiar with the popular food truck Biscuit Love Truck. The owners are now opening a restaurant called Biscuit Love Brunch, which will be located in the Gulch. Obviously, the focus will be on breakfast and biscuits, but some late-night service is in the works.

Butcher & Bee
Butcher & Bee currently has a location in Charleston and will be opening their second in East Nashville. Located at 900 Main Street, you’ll be able to get great sandwiches, plates and family-style dishes. The ever-changing daily menu will have plenty of vegetarian and vegan options.

Definitely unique in Nashville, Madeline will be a laundromat and cafe/bar. Even if you aren’t doing laundry, we expect this to be a fun, new hangout in East Nashville! Stay tuned for more details.

Embers Ski Lodge
Embers Ski Lodge is expected to open in 12 South next door to Mafiaoza’s, but has remained a mysterious project taking a lot of time. According to Eater Nashville, the “Pacific Northwest-inspired ‘gastrobar'” will be a restaurant that makes you feel like you aren’t in Nashville. The partners of Mafiaoza’s are behind the project, and we all adore that establishment, so we’re expecting something great!

YEAH! Burger
An eco-friendly burger joint? Yeah! Burger promises to be “Nashville’s organic, gluten-free and eco-friendly burger joint” as well as provide options for vegetarians and vegans. Opening at 1907 Broadway, this will be a great addition to the Midtown neighborhood.
